Kutt grønnsakene fint og ha dem i en bolle. Tilsett sennep og et helt egg. Ta vare på litt av eggehviten. Nå vender du alt godt sammen og krydre med salt og pepper. Legg løvbiffene på benken og fordel fyllet så pensler du kanten med eggehvite og ha over løvbiffen slik at det blir en halvmåne. Trykk kantene med gaffel på begge sider. Stek dem 2-3 min på hver side. Jeg blei så sulten av all matpraten så jeg sa; jeg stikker inn og lager litt mat til oss. Hva hadde vi egentlig i kjøleskapet? Vi fant en liten pepperbiff, en kyllingfilet og litt bacon + rømmedressing fra Peppes. Og av grønnsaker fant vi litt hjertesalat, tomat, agurk og rødløk. Skrell rabarbraen. Nå legger du rabarbaren på benken slik at du får god støtte til å skrelle fine skiver med "skreller" eller ostehøvel. Legg rabarbra skivene i sukkerlaken. La de ligge i laken i ca 15 min. Sett ovnen på 175 grader. Legg rabarbraskivene på et brett med bakepapir. Stekes i ca 5 -10 min. Legg dem på rist slik at de stivner. Disse stengene er kjempe fine å pynte kaker med eller som snacks. Her har jeg en rabarbra stang med nyplukket markjordbær, dette er fantastisk godt, nesten som drops. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tips:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;em&gt;Hvis du ikke har tilgang på markjordbær så kan du bruke "vanlig" jordbær som du krydrer med kanel, da får du markjordbærsmak på jordbærene.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;a fløte&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;em&gt;perlesukker&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;em&gt;sett ovnen på 175 grager. Vask og skrell rabarbraen og skjær stilkene i biter på ca 1-2 cm. Dryss litt sukker på dem og la dem trekke mens du lager kakerøren.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Rør sukker, salt, vaniljesukker og smør lett og luftig, gjerne i miksmaster. Tilsett ett og ett egg og rør godt mellom hvert egg. Visp til det skummer. Bland mel og bakepulver og rør det i vekselvis med fløten. Vend rabarbraen ned i røren og bland godt. Ha røren i en smurt form, ca 26 cm i diameter, og dryss litt perlesukker på toppen. Stek kaken på nederste rille i ovnen i 45 - 50 min. Prøv med en kakenål om den er stekt. Smaken er forholdsvis søt, men samtidig meget frisk. Eplet holder seg fast selv etter lengre tids oppbevaring, og blir ikke melent.
